Dear Colleagues
And so we reach the end of yet another term! Enjoy the break next week.
This fun event will take place at Dane Court on Wednesday 26th June, 12.45-3pm. There is no limit on numbers, you can bring a group, a class or even the whole of Year 2 if you wish!
The 4 events are 50m sprint, 300m run, mini vortex howler throw and standing long jump, which will be completed by everyone in rotation. Each event will be explained to the children, but pages 5-8 of the attached Quadkids Manual may help you to prepare them in advance. As per last year we are not recording individual performances (hence no numbers needed). Although every child takes part, only the best 4 boys' and best 4 girls' performances from each school, in each event, will count. Every child will receive a participation medal. There are 2 trophies which will go to the schools with the best overall boys' and girls' performances from all 4 events added together.

Attending schools will be responsible for their own first aid. Unfortunately there are no provisions for wet weather. If it is raining the event will either be cancelled or re-scheduled (whatever your preference is).
