Y5/6 TABLE TENNIS
I still have 4 places available for this event which takes place on 17th January at Dane Court, 4-5.30pm. If you would like to enter a team of 4 please let me know by this coming Friday, 10th January. The following schools have already entered:-
Chilton, St Peter's, Garlinge and St Joseph's
Also if any of these schools would like to enter a 'B' team please let me know.
Y2 GYMNASTICS FESTIVAL
Attached is the flyer for the Year 2 Gymnastics Festival at Callis Grange on 22nd January, Because of time and space entries are limited to 6 schools, which will be allocated on a first come first served basis from 7.30am on Thursday 9th January 2020. Please send your contact details to Abigail Lawrence, alawrence@callis-grange.kent.sch.uk . Entries close at midnight on Monday 13th January 2020.
Y1/2 RAPID FIRE CRICKET TOURNAMENT
This fun event for children in Years 1/2 will take place at The Ursuline College on Tuesday 28th January, 1-4pm. Please note the change of venue.
A copy of the rules is attached. Teams are 8-a-side but squads can be up to 10 children, of which there must be a minimum of 2 boys or 2 girls. There is a limit of 8 schools for this event and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis from 7.30am on Thursday 9th January 2020. Please send your entries to me, garybcrees@gmail.com. Entries close at midnight on Monday 13th January 2020.
Y2 ATHLETICS TASTER
This event takes place on Thursday 6th February 2020, 4-5.30pm at The Ursuline College. Once again this is a change of venue from Dane Court.
Further details can be found on the attached entry form which should be returned to Stephanie Selsby, SGO@ursuline.kent.sch.uk , no earlier than 7.30am on Friday 10th January 2020. There are 12 places available which will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Entries close at midnight on Wednesday 15th January 2020.
KENT & MEDWAY PRIMARY PE CONFERENCE
Attached is a flyer for this year's Primary PE Conference, which takes place at the Kent Showground on Thursday 30th January, 9-3.30pm. This is a great opportunity to hear some inspiring speakers and to network with Primary PE colleagues from across the county. Attendance costs, including supply cover, are eligible expenditure from your Sports Premium funding.
