Welcome to the final Update for Term 3.
I have one place left for the Year 3/4 Quicksticks Hockey at Chatham House on 27th February. If you have not yet entered and would like this place please e-mail me, garybcrees@gmail.com, from 7.30am on Friday 7th February. Should there be no takers, then any school already entered who would like to put in a B team can also email me at that time. The place will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
The sign up sheet for this season’s rugby events is attached, as well as a reminder about the rules. Please return it to me, garybcrees@gmail.com, no later than Friday 14th February 2020.
Attached is all the information you need for the second Cross Country event of the year at Quex Park on Saturday 7th March 2020 from 10am. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY! The administration arrangements will be the same as the first event of the season, so there will be no need for pinned on numbers or a spreadsheet. Single use plastic bottles will not be handed out at the end of each race and runners should be encouraged to bring their own reusable bottles and schools are asked to bring water with them, although emergency supplies will be available.
Guidance, an entry form and a pro-forma letter for parents are attached. Entry forms should be sent to me, garybcrees@gmail.com, no later than Friday 28th February with payment either by cheque, BACS or Paypal by Monday 2nd March 2020.
Please note that schools that fail to meet these deadlines will not be able to take part.
